Shipping charges are always included in the listed prices for all orders shipping to the continental United States.

FOR CANADIANS: Shipping charges to Canada will be based on actual cost. Please contact us beforehand for prices. Canadians are responsible for paying any duty taxes, brokerage or import fees assessed at the border.
