I have a unique situation where our home is 400 feet from our business. This means I can answer the phone 24/7. However I ask that you respect a few boundaries. Please do not call before 8:30 am EST, and not after 9:00 PM EST. Our Business Hours are Monday thru Friday 9:00 - 5:00 EST. On-line ordering available 24/7. Closed all major holidays.

All orders must be pre-paid. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover, for phone and fax orders. If you wish to mail the order in we also accept checks and money orders. We partnered with PayPal for on-line orders. PayPal accepts all major credit cards and if you have a PayPal account you can use that. 98% of our product orders are shipped within one day of order placement. Lifetime Limited Warranty

ALL products made by Creative Universe Enterprises, have a Lifetime Limited Warranty. This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship for the life of the product. Gourd Racks are designed to with-stand high winds, but in no way can CUE warrant damage due to natural disasters such as: tornadoes, hurricanes, severe thunderstorms, downdrafts, floods, etc. IF damage occurs due to the aforementioned, please contact us as soon as possible. We will help you with replacement parts at little or no cost. If your gourd racks are damaged due to modifications or misuse, the customer assumes all liability. Proof of damage - pictures and or the actual part - will be required to receive a no or low cost replacement or repair.

Custom Items

Unfortunately we can not stop production to make one item. We are sorry but we will no longer be offering gourd arms to accommodate larger natural gourds.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If the product does not meet your expectations you can return it for a complete refund less shipping charges. Call 814-833-7896 to ask how before returning a product.

Returns

Returns will be accepted only on UNUSED items, in re-saleable condition. Please call 814-833-7896 to receive a return authorization number. After 30 days from invoice date, no return will be accepted.

Damage or Lost Packages

If your package appears damaged in any way, OPEN the box immediately, find the instruction sheet, and compare the parts to what is in your box. Contact me IMMEDIATELY for lost or damaged parts. I have a limited time frame to place a claim, 15 days from delivery of package, so please check your contents carefully. Your packages should arrive within 7-8 business days of order placement, if you have not received them, notify me by e-mail and I will track them for you.

Packaging

I take great pains to insure your package arrives to you the way it is intended. There is usually A LOT of newspaper, and many of the small parts are wrapped in newspaper; please go carefully thru the boxe(s) to ensure you have all your parts. If something is missing call me (814-833-7896) immediately.

Receipt

You will find a receipt of your purchase in your box or on the top of the box. When ordering by phone or fax and using your credit card please note that your credit card statement wil show a charge to "Creative Universe" . When using PayPal your credit card statement will show a charge to "paypalcreatuniv" Please keep this receipt for your records. Creative Universe reserves the right to charge any fees associated with stop payments on credit cards or checks.

Catalogs are mailed to you using first class mail within 1 day of request. If you place a phone order from us we will collect your name, home billing address, shipping address, phone number, e-mail address and credit card information. Orders are processed and shipped within 1 day of receipt. Orders placed before 12:00 Noon will ship same day!

Please be advised that we DO NOT keep credit card information on file. We DO keep the credit card payment slip generated, at a separate and secure location. You should know that the credit card payment slip DOES NOT show your credit card numbers.

Faxing an order? Orders received by fax are also sent to a secure location.

Payment is due before the product is shipped. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. On-line payments are handled thru PayPal's secure server.
