The Aluminum Ground Sleeve is an optional receptacle for your aluminum ground stake. Instead of cementing your (gourd racks) ground stake into the ground (therby leaving 24" above ground) you cement the Sleeve into the ground, which is flush with the ground. Using our Sleeve gives you the option of complete removal of your gourd rack, including the aluminum ground stake. Ground Sleeves are compatible with most of our 2" and 3" poles. When using our Aluminum Sleeve your ground stake will always be at the proper above ground height. This is due to the aluminum pin you place in the sleeve before you install the sleeve into the ground.
