All natural gourds should have canopies. A Canopy can help protect martins and young from blowing rains, by shedding the rain away from the entrance and provide shade. Canopies are a favorite place for martins to perch. Canopies are attached to gourds using caulk (not provided). Our canopies are made from textured aluminum. There are 2 styles to choose from: the Flat Top and the Perch Top. Sold in packages of 12 only.
